At SEER, we know one thing for sure: if we want to change the world, we need the skills to match. That’s what our Skill Development Department is all about. Here, people with blindness learn the modern tools, tech, and tricks to become confident, market-ready professionals.

We’re talking real-world training from computer skills to communication, from cracking government exams to navigating the job market. We’re not here to just “get by” we’re here to stand out.

Because without skills, there’s no change. And with the right ones? There’s no stopping us.

Our two secret weapons? Creativity and constructive thinking. We don’t just sit around — we want to stay curious, plan ahead, and stay ready for the future (especially now that AI is shaking things up!).
